Having gained significant senior executive level experience as members of large global audit firms, we identified the growing need for transfer pricing businesses to be truly independent in order to offer clients value-adding services throughout a client’s transfer pricing life cycle. In addition to creating a truly independent advisory platform, we also had a vision for a lean and agile business that would provide its employees with a rewarding, flexible, empowered and entrepreneurial career path.
Out of this vision, van bain was founded by AJ and Craig as an independent boutique African transfer pricing business in January 2021.
