The 2018 Austrian Export Awards recognise the extraordinary achievements of Austrian companies on international markets. They have been awarded by the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs since 1994. This year’s gold award in the “trade and commerce” category went to RUBBLE MASTER HMH GmbH.
Austrian construction plant manufacturer RUBBLE MASTER has created a whole new market with an innovative idea: on-site recycling.
It all started back in 1991. The product behind RUBBLE MASTER’s current international success is based on a very simple idea: recycling building rubble on the building site itself. RUBBLE MASTER’s solution is a series of compact and extremely flexible crushers that allow construction firms to turn rubble into part of their value chain.
Since its beginnings, RUBBLE MASTER has always concentrated on developing, marketing, financing and servicing compact-sized mobiles crushers with an unparalleled ability to process demolition waste. The company is now one of the world’s leading suppliers in the field, and in addition to crushers its range now also includes screening plants, stockpile conveyors, and belt conveyors.
RUBBLE MASTER machinery is in use in a total of 110 counties, with 80 distributors providing support for customers. Outside Austria, the company has long-standing subsidiaries in the USA and Switzerland, while theChinese market has been looked after by a local office for some time now. The company recently reported a turnover of EUR110 million, with an export ratio of 97%.
